[01:13] I think working at California Community Colleges is people centered work. That work life balance is really important. You know, the ability to first find yourself within, within your life, outside of work, right? And then understand the interfacing of that with your life inside of work.

[01:28] And so if you want to have kids and a family, there's a way that you can partner with your department and others within your department and your colleagues to say, hey, you know, I need to shuffle these classes around and make it work for my life right now, for these few years.

[01:43] And maybe down the line, the favor comes back around to you. So it's about, you know, connecting and relating authentically within the system to develop that work life balance.

[01:54] But if you keep it people centered and heart centered, then you're going to be happy and doing work.

[02:00] Balancing life with school. I mean, it's definitely really hard, but the good thing is you get to choose, you know, your classes, you get to choose what time you want. You get to choose what days you want to go to. So that was really helpful.

[02:13] Just knowing, you know, that I had a schedule that I can manage. My number one favorite thing about being a student is just being able to be successful. As successful as another individual who would have went to, again, a bigger university, or paid more money for a private, education.

[02:33] I just feel like it's. I'm here. You know, I'm just as successful. I'm at a level just working the same as them.
