Student Employment Coordinator

MiraCosta College

Position Details: One regular, full-time, categorically-funded position, 40 hours per week, 12 months per year on the Oceanside & San Elijo Campuses. The regular work schedule will be 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; some evenings and weekends may be required, depending on the needs of the department. Remote work is possible for up to 2 days per week after successful completion of the probationary period and at the discretion of the supervisor. The person selected for this position will be subject to assignment to any district facility during any hours of operation.

Compensation: Starting at $81,605 per year (range 26, step 1), with annual salary step increases up to step 5. In addition, after five years of district service, employees earn a longevity stipend that increases over time.
